National Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition Month! As a Registered Dietitian I am excited to promote this years slogan: Get your plate in shape! Love it:)

I know I have been terrible about blogging lately but I am passionate about healthy eating and wanted to promote this years nutrition month. So lets all make one change to getting our plate in shape. I am going to start with adding more vegetables throughout the day!

Family Photo Sessions

We took our own family pix this year! We found this great spot on a walk/jog one day and had to come check it out. Its a great spot and it was fun to get out but next time we will get a photographer so maybe we can all look at the camera and be posed right:) Happy Holidays!

Fun with Friends

We had a great get together with some old college friends (actually most were in our wedding:) and here are our kidos! It was great to see the kids get along so great so the adults could hang out and catch up. Bex enjoyed showing off her mustang:)

First Day of Preschool

Our sweet Rebekah Delaney started preschool! It is actually the same school she has been at the past couple years but she was moved to preschool classroom and now is wearing a uniform. She just looks so grown-up to me in this picture and yes mommy almost shed a tear on how big her babygirl is! next year is gonna be rough for me:( I am so excited for her though b/c she loves to learn and has so much fun at school. I hope she stays that way! Here she is ready to run out the door! :)

Lovely Livia Elise Lovebug is 1 !

Our sweet little lovebug is one years old! I still can't believe time has flown by so fast this year! I had to go back and look at the pix of Livia on her "birth"day. She is just the sweetest loving beautiful babygirl. She also has changed our lives and can't imagine life without her! Here she is about an hour after birth. Love this sweet girl!

I am putting together pictures now of the memories these 2 are making together. I just love it! I have soooo many great memories of my brothers growing up and hope to make more for my girls and family. I feel so blessed to have such healthy happy girls!
